Employee Benefits

Paid Time Off

Taking time off allows you to rest and recharge, and helps you maintain a proper balance between your personal and work life which is key to your overall health and wellness.

Vacation

You begin accruing annual leave after 90 days of employment.  All employees receive vacation benefits and accrue time off based on hours worked up to 10 days per year based on a 40 hr work week.

6 Designated Holidays are a paid benefit as well.

Sick Time

You begin accruing annual leave on day one of employment.  All employees receive sick leave benefits and accrue time off based on hours worked at the rate of .0334 hours per hour worked. Employees may use up to 6 days per year and accruals are capped at 72 hrs.

Direct Deposit

 Bi-weekly paychecks are automatically deposited in your bank account.

Employee Assistance Program

This voluntary confidential assessment and referral service is designed to assist employees and their families in handling personal and work related problems.

Continuing Education

Renewal Health Group supports the professional development of its staff by providing financial assistance to regularly scheduled employees for workshops, conferences, seminars, and other continuing education courses or program.

Health Insurance

Medical Plans

Renewal Health Group contributes 85% toward the premium for the employee on an company sponsored medical plan.  Employees can choose from a variety of plan options including levels from Bronze to Platinum. HMO plans offered through Kaiser & Aetna, as well as Aetna PPO plans.

Dental Insurance

Company sponsored dental insurance offered Delta Dental covers 100% of Preventative/Diagnostic Services and 80% of most other basic services.

Vision Insurance

Employees have the option for vision insurance through Aetna at a discounted group rate.

Health Care Spending Account

Employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for out of pocket medical expenses (annual max of $2,850).  Renewal Health Group pays the cost of administering the plan and contributes $250 annually.

Dependent Care Spending Account

Employees can set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for eligible dependent care expenses such as child care. Annual maximum of $5,000.

Short-Term Disability

Renewal Health Group provides all benefits eligible employees with STD though UNUM.  The plan provides up to 70% salary replacement up to a maximum benefit of $2,00 per week, after a 7 day elimination period if you become disabled and unable to work.

Group Disability

Renewal Health Group offers voluntarily Group Disability Insurance to supplement the company supplies STD insurance.

Plan Your Future

Supplemental Life Insurance

Employees may purchase life insurance in $10,000 increments up to a maximum of $500,000. Dependent coverage is also available. Rates are determined based on the age of the employee/dependent and coverage.

Employer Match 401k

This plan is available to all full-time and part-time employees upon completion of one year of continuous employment and 1200 hours in the last year. Enrollment is the first of the month upon meeting the eligibility requirements. Renewal Health Group matches 100% of deferrals up to a total match of 4%.
