About Our Alumni Program at Renewal Recovery
The Renewal Recovery Alumni Program includes clients from Sanctuary Treatment Center and Phoenix Rising Recovery Center. we are deeply committed to supporting our clients not just during treatment but throughout their recovery journey. Our alumni program offers a comprehensive, ongoing support system to help clients maintain their progress and foster a strong sense of community.
- Alumni & Aftercare Support Start on Day One: Jill, our dedicated Alumni Coordinator, meets with clients during their treatment stay at Sanctuary Treatment Center or Phoenix Rising Recovery to begin building a relationship that continues after discharge. Upon leaving, she contacts each client to offer resources and guidance as they transition back into everyday life.
- Weekly Support Meetings: We offer two ways to stay connected. Alumni can join our weekly Zoom meetings, which provide a convenient way for clients from both Sanctuary Treatment Center and Phoenix Rising Recovery to receive support no matter where they are, making ongoing support accessible. Additionally, we hold weekly onsite alumni meetings at Sanctuary Treatment Center’s residential facility to maintain personal connections.
- Alumni Events: We host regular events for both Phoenix Rising Recovery and Sanctuary Treatment Center alumni, bringing together individuals to celebrate milestones, share experiences, and build lasting bonds within the recovery community.
- Innovative Technology for Connection: We utilize a cutting-edge alumni app that is exclusive to Phoenix Rising Recovery Center and Sanctuary Treatment Center clients. This platform allows alumni to engage in real-time communication, access resources, and stay connected with peers and staff, creating a strong fellowship network and continuing support anytime, anywhere.
- Exclusive Online Communities: To further enhance the sense of connection, we offer designated Facebook pages for both Phoenix Rising Recovery and Sanctuary Treatment Center alumni, where members can share updates, encourage one another, and celebrate recovery milestones.
At Renewal Recovery, we know that support is needed after someone leaves treatment. Just because you’ve completed the program, doesn’t mean the work is done. Our alumni program provides instantaneous support for anyone who has gone through our family of programs to ensure the best chance at a successful recovery from substance use disorders.
About Our Manager of Alumni Services, Jill
As the Manager of Alumni Services for Renewal Health Group, Jill applies her experience, expertise and passion for helping people by strengthening and building community. After coming to terms with her personal struggles with addiction, she decided to enter the field of substance abuse and mental health.
Jill holds a B.A. degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College. Her previous work and background in the field of Public Relations and Marketing has enabled her to spearhead and oversee various alumni services and events.
Jill’s calming, caring and empathetic demeanor is a great fit for encouraging and developing fellowship among client’s who successfully completed treatment at Renewal Health Group’s many substance abuse facilities.
